Are Horse Riders Better In Bed? (Find Out!)

Last weekend I went out for drinks with a bunch of women with whom I was attending a show.

After a couple of rounds, the conversation inevitably steered to the place it does when a group of girls go out drinking.

Someone asked the table if they thought it was true that Equestrians are better in the sack.

The group had a unanimous decision for the question, “Are Horse Riders better in Bed?”

Of course it varies individually, but probably, yes. Horse Riders are more likely to be good partners in bed because of their strength training, relationship with control, stamina, and loyalty. Equestrians work hard and know how to have a good time, on horseback and in the bedroom.

We all said yes because Horse Riders are unlike other people.

Not only do we spend hours spread eagle toning our glutes and other muscles.. down there- but we control 1200 pound animals.

The relationship a rider has with their horse translates pretty easily in bed.

They are loving, above all things, but there are some other more specific benefits.

We’ve mentioned that their physique lends itself well to the sack.

Riding is a full body workout that tones the abs and all lower-body muscles.

Riders’ legs and glutes are tight, which doesn’t just look good, if you know what I mean.

Riders are very comfortable with control and they are not lazy lovers.

They’ll have no issue being on top; they’re used to it.

They ride their horses for hours on end, so have no problem going the distance with their partner.

Their stamina is unmatched.

A horse rider’s day begins before sunrise and ends well after the sun has set.

They’re used to heavy lifting; be it expertly driving a diesel truck and sixteen-foot trailer, throwing giant hay bales around the barn, or steering a bucking bronco into calm.

Riders are also used to getting bruised up in the saddle, so they can handle it rough.

An equestrian isn’t squeamish.

They’re comfortable cleaning out their horse’s stall, so you can bet they’ll be down to get dirty.

Though maybe not suitable for some, if the occasion arises, horse riders know how to tie knots and ropes, and they know how to use a whip.

We’ll let you think about that one.

One last thing that makes horse riders so good in the bedroom is that they’re sexy.

All that tight-fitting ride wear, their calm and controlled demeanors, the sheer command they have in their walk?

They don’t say “save a horse, ride a cowboy” for nothing.

So, yeah. We think so. Horse riders are better in bed. Period.

Do Horse Riders make good partners?

Horse Riders make great partners because they are incredibly loyal.

The relationship that riders have with their horses is deeper than most friendships, so you can bet that they won’t be flaky or undependable.

They have to be very intentional with their time because of how many hours are spent training at the stable.

Rest assured that if your rider is spending time with you, they definitely want to be there, and they value you.

Another bonus is that they probably won’t be clingy.

They don’t have enough extra slots in their schedule to smother you.

Horse people are patient.

It takes a lot of mental focus to train a horse.

They’ll always be even tempered with their partner.

They’re comfortable with commitment.

Having a horse is a partnership.

They aren’t afraid of difficulty and they don’t go anywhere when the going gets tough.

They put their heels down and work.

Horse folks make great partners for these reasons.

If you aren’t a horse person but you’d like to date one, it is recommended to attend horse shows or volunteer at local horse events.

There are even a few dating websites that cater solely to equestrians.

Can Riding a Horse Make You Lose Your Virginity?

It is a myth that riding a horse can make you lose your virginity.

There are some reports of vigorous exercise like horse riding and cycling can stretch or tear the hymen, but the only way anyone can, “lose their virginity” is by having sex.

Is it Safe to Ride a Horse While Pregnant?

There is no evidence that riding a horse during pregnancy is harmful to mother or baby.

For hundreds of years, doctors have suggested that only very light exercise should be practiced while carrying a child, but many women perform vigorous exercise throughout their pregnancies.

Horse Riding is a cardiovascular activity, but the jostling nature of it has not been reported to have any effect on the fetus.

There is a higher level of risk while riding, than if not.

Horses can be unpredictable and injury could happen.

Whether or not to ride while pregnant is totally up to the individual.

Does Horse Riding Change Your Body?

Horse Riding changes the body in many ways.

It is a full-body cardiovascular workout, with much of the workout in the lower body.

A rider continuously flexes the hamstrings, quads, and glutes, just to stay on the horse.

The core must be kept tight in proper form, and the arms control the reigns.

Horse riding is considered a moderate-intensity form of exercise, but it doesn’t stop in the saddle.

A lot of the strength training that comes with horse riding is in the chores associated with the act; cleaning the horse and its stall, stocking feed, and lugging around heavy equipment are no easy tasks.

The body will also develop better skills in balance and hand-eye coordination.

There are a lot of moving parts to control the speed and direction of a horse.

It takes a lot of mental and physical multitasking.

Horse riding also improves posture.

There are clearly so many benefits to riding horses, for the body and the mind.

It can make anyone not just a more well-rounded person, but also a better partner, and an even better lover.
